In response to the call from the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company is honored to participate in and contribute to the support efforts for the Northern residents severely affected by Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi).<\/p>\n

On the morning of September 13, 2024, during the launch ceremony to support those affected by Typhoon No. 3, the VFF of B\u00e0 R\u1ecba \u2013 V\u0169ng T\u00e0u Province called for contributions from businesses, organizations, and individuals across the province. Typhoon No. 3 has caused severe damage in Northern provinces, with statistics as of September 13 showing 336 people dead or missing, 823 injured, nearly 50,000 houses collapsed or damaged, and hundreds of thousands of hectares of crops flooded and destroyed. The total property damage is estimated to be in the tens of thousands of billion VND.<\/p>\n

At the launch ceremony, Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company, with a spirit of solidarity and mutual support, decided to contribute 1 billion VND to assist Northern residents in recovering from the typhoon\u2019s aftermath. Mr. Nguyen Nhat Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director of the company, stated: \u201cWe fully recognize the devastating impact of Typhoon No. 3 and the difficulties faced by Northern residents. With a sense of responsibility and solidarity, we hope this contribution will help the affected families and communities overcome these challenges and stabilize their lives soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Vung Tau Province announced that the period for receiving contributions and support will be from September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024. All donations can be transferred to the Relief Fund of B\u00e0 R\u1ecba \u2013 V\u0169ng T\u00e0u Province at the following account: Account Number 3761.0.9066302.91049 at the State Treasury of Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau.<\/p>\n

We hope that the community\u2019s collective efforts will continue to spread the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and timely support to help the typhoon victims recover their lives as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
