Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Park is a key Vietnam-Japan cooperation project, the first model intensive industrial park in Vietnam with a scale of nearly 1,000 hectares. Strategically located adjacent to the Cai Mep – Thi Vai deep-water port and boasting international standard infrastructure, Phu My 3 provides comprehensive solutions for logistics and green manufacturing (circular economy). Phu My Inland Port, located in the heart of the Cai Mep – Thi Vai port cluster, is a strategic link in the Southern region’s logistics supply chain and the global transportation network. With a scale of 38 hectares and 6 modern berths, a smart depot and container yard system, and an advanced transport fleet, we contribute to reducing traffic congestion, cutting emissions, and promoting green and sustainable logistics development.

The Phu My 3 warehouse complex is being developed on a total area of ​​250,000 m², with 100,000 m² of warehouse space in phase 1 already operational, including CFS warehouses, bonded warehouses, general warehouses, and chemical warehouses, ready to expand by more than 120,000 m² in the 2026–2027 period.

The chemical storage tanks and industrial gas systems are connected by an underground pipeline system from large-scale hub ports in the area, providing a solution for storing and distributing liquid and gaseous materials to factories in Phu My 3 Intensive Industrial Park and the surrounding area.
