Job description
- Organize the import, export, and circulation of goods according to requirements. Check imported and exported goods
- Prepare goods according to request orders. Import and export goods according to regulations.
- Monitor daily import and export quantities and ensure that all goods have a minimum inventory level.
- Inventory, monitor the quantity of goods
- Check the validity of documents, store and compare documents.
- Arrange, classify and preserve goods in the warehouse systematically and easily for searching
- Prepare documents related to the transportation of goods
- Ensure safety, security and hygiene standards in the warehouse system
- Support other arising tasks when requested by superiors
Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- University degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Import and Export or related fields.
- Have knowledge of import and export operations, master the processes, procedures, documents, understand international payment methods, international transportation, international trade terms …
- Priority for candidates who know English
- Proficient in using Office IT and related software.
- Good communication skills, building relationships, negotiation skills.
- Honest, confidential information, quick, meticulous, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Good organizational, planning and work planning skills.
